| big show for the band this weekend... its out of town so you probably cant come... wish us luck! |

| So, its actually been a few days since, but the "band" and i played our first show last saturday at EU... I didnt want to advertise cause i wasn't sure how it would go, and wasn't sure we were gonna do it till just a day or two before we played... But the whole thing was so ironic to me... First of all we didn't even play under our own band name, we played under Matt and Noahs band name, January's Finest. Second, because half our band was occupied we had Noah and Matt step in, Third they didnt even play there natural instraments that they paly in their own band, Noah played drums, and Matt bass. Forth, our band has spent months practicing for a show, and we ended up throwing preparation with Matt and Noah together in less than an hour... Under all the cricumstances, it went relatively well, in other words it could have gone a lot worse. We left with smiles on our faces, and I was just hoping we wouldnt embarass ourselves, and we didnt... |

| FUNNY NEWS STORY...
Odd couple
A Japanese hamster named Gohan has struck up a nervous relationship with an unlikely beast: a four-foot rat snake named Aochan. Zookeepers in Tokyo tried to feed Gohan—which means "meal" in Japanese—to the snake after the reptile refused to eat frozen prey. Aochan couldn't take a hint. Instead of devouring the 3.5-inch dwarf hamster, Aochan seemed to make friends. Zookeepers report Gohan now regularly takes naps curled up on top of the cold-blooded predator. It may not last, but zookeepers are intent on keeping the two together until death do they part. |
